Hi, my name is Will and I enjoy being part of this great team. My orthodontic career began in October 1996, and I have about 17 years of health care experience. I am married with three children. We enjoy live music, Video games, eating out, and travel. I have two cats that like to eat and sleep... the good life!! We are a close family and try to spend as much time together as possible. |

My name is Karen and I began my orthodontic career with Dr. Gates in 2003. I have a beautiful daughter named Journey who is everything to me. All of my free time is spent with her and my family. I love watching movies that make me laugh. I also like to scrapbook, play trivia games, and sleep when I get the chance. |

Hello. My name is Tressie. I have worked for Dr. Gates since 2002. I am happily married to my husband, Irvin. We have a beautiful daughter named Chloe. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and focusing on my studies to further my education. |

Hi, my name is Nikki and I like working with Dr. Gates and our great staff. I also teach fashion merchandising at ACC and enjoy experimenting with new recipes off of Food Network. My spare time is spent hanging out with friends, mentoring youth, drinking coffee, reading Hollywood news and watching my DVR shows. |

Hello, my name is Tina. My career with Dr. Gates and our great staff started in May of 2010. My husband Aaron and I have a furry, four legged baby, Sally. My family is the most important thing to me and I love spending time with them. I also enjoy reading, walking, working around the house and just relaxing. |
